When women don’t support women: when female to female allyship backfires

Women can be powerful allies to each other – mentoring, sharing experience or advice, even working against implicit bias of male counterparts. But women don’t always support each other. This webinar explores why we fail to be allies – and what we can do to counter that.

The webinar will be followed by workshops. To really be able to focus properly, groups up to ten will be available for all who wish to do a group discussion after the main event. Individual workshops are available. For anyone who wishes to engage with their team, single business/team workshops are available with up to 20 participants allowed per group.
